Intensive Quartet Training

Intensive Quartet Training is a day-long seminar that gives JAD quartets the opportunity to get coaching from several qualified coaches all in the same day.  Coaches provide instruction in all 3 judging categories, giving the quartet a comprehensive review and tools to use to improve after they leave.  Each quartet gets four 1 hour sessions with four different coaches.  At the end of the day, all of the quartets get to perform in front of each other and show off what they've learned.

Here are some of the videos and photos from the most recent IQT. It was held at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Linworth, OH and we had 7 quartets join us for the day. The day started with warm-ups and then each quartet got to ready to present a song for everyone. During the performances, the coaches were taking notes and scoring each Quartet.

The highest scoring quartet was awarded the JD Spoon of Honor. This year the award went to:  Average Volume. Below are some of the photos and videos from the day.
